7-Day Return/Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return or exchange it within 7 days of receiving it, subject to the following conditions:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
All tags, labels, or packaging must be intact.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Return Process:
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at form below within 7 days of receiving your order.
Returns/exchanges must be shipped back within 7 days after contacting us.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds:
Once we receive the returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please indicate your preferences when contacting customer service. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
